Scope

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the game "Neko Match" (the "App") provided by orcana ("we"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

Koban (in-game currency)

"Koban" is an in-game currency usable only within the App. It cannot be exchanged for cash or for points of any other service.

Koban bought with money are not refundable, except where required by law.

Koban do not expire, unless the App itself is discontinued.

Gacha

The items available from the gacha and their odds are shown in the App under "Odds".

Prohibited conduct

You must not:

- exploit bugs in the App or tamper with its data;

- analyze or modify the App's program;

- break the law or public order;

- do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.

Changes to and end of the App

We may change the App or stop providing it without prior notice.

Disclaimer

Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

We cannot restore game data lost through device failure or deletion of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms when needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
