Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how orcana ("we") handles information in the mobile game "Neko Match" (the "App").

What we collect

The App does not require an account. Your progress, koban balance and other game data are stored on your device.

To improve the game, the App sends play statistics to our server (stages started and cleared, items and ads used, which products were bought, and similar). They are sent with a random number the App creates, the App version, the language and the device type (such as iOS) only, and include nothing that identifies you, such as your name, email address or advertising identifier. The country is roughly determined from the connection.

Advertising

The App uses AdMob by Google LLC. Ads are shown only when you choose to watch a video ad.

For delivering and measuring ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address and device and OS information. See Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

You can change tracking permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

In-app purchases

Payments are processed by Apple. We never receive your card details.

To record and manage purchases we use RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat receives an anonymous ID that does not identify you, and your purchase history (items and dates). See RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

When you contact us

Your email address and message are used only to reply to you and to look into problems.

Sharing

Except where required by law, we do not share your personal information with third parties.

Children

The App is not directed primarily at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy when needed. Changes will be posted on this page.
